The Ministry and Liturgy Centre (MLC), which houses the offices of the Ministry Formation Program and the Office for Worship, was dedicated and blessed at a beautiful ceremony on 30 June 2015. The celebration was led by Rev Dr Philip Marshall VG. In his reflection Fr Philip talked about the importance of dedicating this centre to the Mission of the Church, which will ensure that the future ministers of the Church will be well formed and prepared for service.
During the ceremony Mr Dale West, Director of Centacare and Mr Dominic Reppucci, Executive Manager of IT and Infrastructure, were particularly thanked for their work in enabling this new facility to be operational.
MLC located at 127 South Road, Thebarton, is next door to the Australian Catholic University and also to the Catholic Education Office. It is well placed to work with both of these educational organisations to ensure that a deeply meaningful and holistic understanding of ministry, liturgy and formation is offered by the Archdiocese of Adelaide.
