Role Details

St Martin’s Catholic Primary School is looking for a person who is passionate about working in an educational setting to promote and market the school to the local community and more broadly.

As a Marketing and Communications Coordinator, you would work collaboratively with leadership, teachers and office staff to coordinate the school’s website, social media accounts, and promotional materials, along with coordinating the school’s marketing events and activities. The successful applicant will be part of a dynamic team.

The Successful applicant will be required to have or be willing to obtain prior to commencing employment

  • A current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Full Day (7 hour) Responding to Abuse & Neglect Training (Masterclass)
  • RRHAN-EC update (where applicable)
  • First Aid Training

Essential Criteria:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (Marketing or Communications) and/or demonstrated experience in a comparable role. Experience working in the Education sector is desirable.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.
  • Possess effective written and verbal communication skills to support marketing and promotion of the school.
