Role Details

The Receptionist / First Aid Officer will have some Receptionist or front office experience and a willingness to learn.  They will be required to work in the front office area and provide a wide variety of administrative support services as required.

  • Support the Catholic Ethos of the school
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills with the ability to multitask to manage daily school office procedures including student absentees
  • Friendly and welcoming with excellent communication skills and customer service when interacting with the school and wider community
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a broader administrative team
  • Some experience in SEQTA, Civica and other microsoft applications would be an advantage but training can be provided 
  • First Aid needs for students

The successful candidate will be expected to undergo our screening process.

Additional Information

Regular hours of work over 40 weeks a year during Term time only:

Tuesday's - 8.30pm - 3.00pm

Wednesday's - 8.30am - 3.00pm

Thursday's - 8.30am - 3.00pm

There may be an opportunity to work some additional hours as ESO Curriculum, supporting children in the classroom

You will get a paid 15 minute recess break and an unpaid half hour lunch break each day.
