An exciting opportunity is now available for a Risk and Compliance Manager to join our expanding, multi-campus College in a permanent, full-time position under direction of the College Executive Officer, commencing early 2025.
As the Risk and Compliance Manager, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our mission by managing the College’s risk and compliance framework and ensuring a safe and secure environment for all.
The Risk and Compliance Manager will work closely with the College Executive team to ensure that the alignment of the College’s risk and compliance accountability framework is consistent with the vision of the College’s Strategic Plan. They will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of risk mitigation, ensuring policy and procedures remain up to date and compliant in relation to Risk Management, Work Health and Safety and Return to Work requirements.

We are looking for an individual with an a proactive and detail-orientated approach with a strong background in risk management, compliance, and workplace health and safety. You will be someone who thrives in environments where you can make a meaningful impact, bring expertise in a managing complex responsibility with precision and care. You will have the ability to critically assess situations and implement practical solutions to ensure risks are effectively manages, and compliance standards are met. You'll have a collaborative approach where you can build strong, respectful relationships with others to generate meaningful change.
