Gleeson College is excited to invite applications from suitably qualified professionals for the position of Finance Administrator. Gleeson College is a Catholic coeducational, secondary college in the Northeast of Adelaide with an enrolment of approximately 940 students in 2025. Our school motto ‘With one heart’ says it all. The position Finance Administrator is of significance to the College community.  This position requires a professional person to be responsible to assist the Finance Team with accounts receivable, accounts payable and other finance related matters. The focus of this position must be to ensure that the customer, being student, parent, teacher, colleague, visitor, or the wider community, is completely satisfied with their Gleeson College experience.

This position is part-time (0.92 FTE – working 37.5 hours per week for 44 weeks per year).

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate their ability to: 

  • Assist with accounts receivable, accounts payable and other finance administrative duties.  
  • Use Finance and other ICT systems.
  • Provide a professional, polished and knowledgeable impression to all stakeholders of Gleeson College.
  • Maintain professional communication with all students, parents, staff, the wider community and other visitors to the College.
  • Work both autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Manage competing tasks and deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Support the ethos of our Catholic College in line with the Gleeson 10 and Gleeson Staff 5.
