Trusted in engaging and supporting the South Australian community, this organisation is actively seeking a Claims Management Business Partner to join their well-established Safety and Injury Management team.
Your New Role
Reporting into the Director Safety and Injury Management, and overseeing multiple sites, the Claims Management Business Partner plays an integral role in providing responsive claims management to optimise functioning and reduce disability in individuals, assisting in the delivery of a responsive, flexible, and effective service.
Collaborating with the wider Safety and Injury Management team and sector professionals, the expectations of the roles will be to deliver best-in-class advice and service to all injured employees that touch the organisation.
You will have a thorough working knowledge of Work Health and Safety policies and procedures, along with the ability to work in conjunction with claims legislation.
What you need to succeed
You will have experience in working in a self-insured claims management environment and RTW experience. You will have highly developed verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Providing support to various locations/sites and the ability to potentially travel intrastate will be a requirement of the successful candidate, along with an updated Working with Children Clearance.
