We are seeking a dynamic, child-centered, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as the OSHC Director at Our Lady Queen of Peace.
As the OSHC Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading our Outside School Hours Care program, ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and development of children in both before- and after-school care. You will inspire creativity, provide exceptional care, and foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day to day operations of the OSHC program
Develop, implement, and evaluation of high quality programs aligned with School Age Care Framework.
Lead, support, and mentor a team of educators
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (NQS, WHS and other regulatory requirements)
Develop and implement engaging programs for children
Build strong relationships with families and the school community
Manage administrative duties, including budgeting, staff rosters and record keeping.
What we’re looking for:
Passion for working with children and understand children's development
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Experience in managing OSHC or similar programs (preferred) including program planning, multitasking and catering for a range of needs
Creative, enthusiastic, and committed to providing high-quality care
Commitment to the ethos and values of our Catholic school community

Approved ACECQA Diploma level qualification. (List of approved qualifications at: https://www.acecqa.gov.au/qualifications/nqf-approved)
Approved Responding to Risks of Harm Abuse and Neglect – Education and Care (RRHAN-EC) certificate
First Aid Certificate – HLTAID012 Provide first aid in an education and care setting
Current acceptable Department of Human Services (DHS) Working With Children Check (WWCC)
