About the Opportunity 

We have an exciting opportunity to join the School Quality and Performance team, providing high level executive support to the Director and support key team leaders and managers within the School Quality and Performance section. 

 

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Act as the first point of contact for the Director, manage diaries, prioritise meetings, prepare and track correspondence and ensure timely follow-up on matters. 
  • Provide high-level assistance for meetings, including agenda preparation, minuting, and document distribution, while liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure thorough preparation for reports and presentations. 
  • Oversee records management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, assist with travel arrangements, event coordination, and work collaboratively with other administrators and leadership teams. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leadership teams, administrative staff, and external stakeholders to support the Director’s work and ensure efficient operations. 
  • Conduct research, draft policy papers, reports, and external correspondence, support financial administration, and manage projects with minimal supervision. 

 

About You: 

You’ll be a great fit in the Executive Assistant role if you have excellent organisational and time management skills, the capacity to multitask, managing competing priorities, maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to positively influence stakeholders. 
  • Sound judgement, initiative and an appropriate sense of urgency. 
  • Extensive experience in providing professional support and assistance at a Senior level. 
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills with an ability to compose correspondence at a Senior level. 
  • Self-motivation and a proactive approach to work.

The successful candidates will be required to undergo our screening process, which includes a South Australian Working with Children Check, E-Screen, Applicant Declaration Form.
