About the Opportunity 

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time, permanent, Production Manager position to join the ICT team at Catholic Education South Australia (CESA). You’ll be working with a variety of technology platforms that support the infrastructure for our Schools. This dynamic role and environment offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your management skills while helping drive innovation and improving the delivery of our technology solutions.

 

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and manage the infrastructure for the organisation, including the day-to-day oversight of the relevant managed service agreements.
  • Oversee the lifecycle management of the enterprise applications used by the Catholic Education office and Schools.
  • Oversee the management of the Release and Change function for ICT services, ensuring all changes conform to the CEO-endorsed change management procedures.
  • Provide effective management and clear understanding of work scheduling priorities and measured outcomes to deliver quality services, as measured by customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the delivery of vendors performance to optimise the delivery of services.
  • Collaborate on designated projects to deliver agreed outcomes.

 

About You: 

You’ll be a great fit within the Production Manager role if you have a customer centric approach, alongside excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  

You’ll need: 

  • ICT experience in similar role, with exposure to management.
  • Sound experience in managing complex ICT production environments.
  • Expertise in problem solving and troubleshooting.
  • A strong ability to communicate with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Have a customer focused, collaborative and team-oriented approach.
  • Relevant qualifications and industry certifications will be advantageous
  • A current driver’s licence
