Mercedes College is searching for a full-time permanent Events Coordinator to plan and deliver unforgettable events that engage, inspire, and connect our students, families, and the wider College community.

What You’ll Do
🎉 Event Management – Plan, coordinate, and execute College-wide events, managing suppliers, logistics, budgets, and theming to create unforgettable experiences.
📢 Marketing & Engagement – Develop and promote event-related content, ensuring consistent branding and communication across digital platforms.
🤝 Team & Stakeholder Support – Organise schedules, track performance, maintain records, process invoices, and contribute to broader marketing initiatives.
