The Opportunity

St Dominic's Priory College is seeking a passionate and dedicated Secondary Mathematics Teacher to join our enthusiastic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons, creating a positive and engaging classroom environment, and supporting students in reaching their academic potential. As professionals, all staff are expected to uphold standards of excellence in preparation for teaching and learning, punctuality, student management, and personal presentation.  Please see the attached Teacher Position Information Document for further information regarding a teaching role at the College.

The annual salary range for a teacher in accordance with the South Australian Catholic Schools Enterprise Agreement is $82,660 to $116,160, (pro rata).

This replacement position is until the end of the 2025 School Year at 0.80 FTE.

Please be aware, all applications must hold a current Department of Human Services (DHS) Working with Children Check (WWCC) to be considered for this role.

The successful candidate will be required to complete a Salary Determination Application (provided by the College), with statement of service(s) from previous employers to validate salary step.

St Dominic’s Priory College is a College for girls, offering excellence in Catholic education for students from Little Doms to Year 12.  Established in 1884 by the Dominican Sisters of North Adelaide, and now under the governance of Dominican Education Australia, it celebrated 140 years in 2024.
