Parental Leave Coverage – 12 months part time contract
2 days per week during term time only

As the first point of contact for visitors, guests, and inquiries, the Receptionist plays a vital role in ensuring that all interactions with the College are met with friendly, prompt, and professional customer service. This position involves greeting visitors, answering phone calls, managing the Reception area, and performing administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the College. The Receptionist is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for students, parents, staff, and visitors alike. If you’re an enthusiastic, organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant educational community.

This position is a job share arrangement in collaboration with the College Administration Assistant. You will be expected to work from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on two days each week during term time. The successful candidate may also be asked to work additional hours occasionally to cover staff leave.
