Boarding House Tutor

The Boarding Tutor role provides academic and pastoral support to students within the Boarding House, fostering a positive and structured learning environment. Key responsibilities include assisting students with homework, test preparation, and academic development through one-on-one and group tutoring. The role also involves identifying students at risk and liaising with staff to ensure appropriate support is in place. In addition to academic guidance, the position plays a crucial role in student wellbeing, supporting behaviour education, pastoral care, and the overall welfare of boarding students. The successful candidate will model professionalism, maintain clear boundaries, and contribute to a collaborative and respectful living and learning community.
