• Actively support and contribute to the Catholic identity, faith formation and ethos of St John Bosco School.
• Demonstrate a sound understanding of the Australian Curriculum and Crossways Religious Education Curriculum.
• Share a deep knowledge and understanding of contemporary, innovative and inclusive pedagogies that are focused on learner engagement, explicit instruction, inquiry based and co-constructed learning.
• Demonstrate proficiency in data literacy to inform learning design which supports all learners to progress. 
• Possess highly effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive and collaborative relationships with learners, colleagues, families and the broader community.
• Nurture a positive culture for wellbeing with an emphasis on restorative practices.
• Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development as a lifelong learner and reflective practitioner.
