Role Details

Established in 1897, Sacred Heart College is a co-educational Catholic college in the Marist tradition, nurturing both day and boarding students’ holistic needs from Years 7 to 12, across two campuses.

Old Collegians and Community Engagement Coordinator

  • Cross-Campus (Primarily Marcellin Campus, Somerton Park)
  • Permanent
  • Grade 4
  • Commencing 28 April 2025 (negotiable)
  • 37.5 hours per week, 45 weeks per year

The primary function of the Old Collegians and Community Engagement Coordinator is to facilitate the ongoing development of the Sacred Heart Old Collegians (“SHOC”) Association, in addition to events, activities, and publications in relation to alumni. This person is responsible for providing event management, coordinating timely and effective publications, and strengthening connections between the College community and the SHOCs and College Foundation.

The successful applicant must also complete our child-safe screening processes, including holding a Working with Children Clearance.
