The Canteen Manager is responsible for overseeing and carrying out a range of tasks and activities to operate the School Canteen, as per Work Health & Safety requirements.
Duties for the Canteen Manager include, and are not limited to:
Oversee canteen operations, including opening, closing, and managing authorised access.
Handle stock management, ordering, menu planning, and cost control to ensure an appealing and efficient service.
Prepare and serve food efficiently while enforcing hygiene practices and compliance with health regulations.
Manage financial records, volunteer rosters, and liaise with school staff to support smooth operations and effective communication.
