About the Opportunity 

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time, permanent, Financial Planning Analyst to join the Finance and Infrastructure team at Catholic Education South Australia (CESA). You’ll be undertaking detailed analysis of financial information and the assessment of the financial performance of schools and CESA overall.

 

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and undertake modelling (financial and non-financial) to assess the financial viability of various business proposals and strategic priorities.
  • Design, implement and present detailed analysis of the financial sustainability of schools and the wider CESA system, including monitoring against KPIs/benchmark.
  • Support schools with the budget process to ensure that budgets are complete and reflect the appropriate budget assumptions, including future infrastructure requirements.
  • Ensure that all manuals, guidance, processes and tools are up to date and accessible to schools.

 

About You: 

You’ll be a great fit within the Finance Planning Analyst role if you have a customer centric approach, alongside excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  

You’ll need: 

  •  Experience in management accounting or finance analysis roles
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
  • Capacity to manage multiple competing priorities smoothly and thoroughly.
  • Experience in preparing, analysing and communicating financial information.

The successful candidates will be required to undergo our screening process, which includes a Working with Children Check, E-Screen, Applicant Declaration Form and RHAN.
