We're seeking a customer-focused problem solver to join our close knit, well-structured and talented team!

You’ll be able to:

  • Provide an effective and efficient service to staff and students to meet their day-to-day Information, Communication and Technology (ICT) needs.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience working with Microsoft technologies including, but not limited to, Office 365, Microsoft Intune, Defender and Windows Server.
  • Be technically competent and well experienced with a broad knowledge base incorporating a range of theoretical concepts to provide professional ICT support, system and software set up whilst operating a variety of ICT equipment.

Do you have?

  • A Certificate IV in Information Technologies (or equivalent) and/or relevant demonstrated knowledge and experience.
  • Experience with systems and software used in schools (highly desirable).
  • The ability to work with little direction and strong organisational skills.

Note: The ICT Support Officer works 42 weeks a year, but we can 'spread' your salary so you're paid across the whole year.
